Primary responsibility is the management of ATM (Bancomat) platforms and other applications related to financial services.The individual is part of a highly skilled Professional Services team and will have regular customer contact.

  • Management of central software solutions for financial services

  • Management of distributed ATM (Bancomat) applications and platforms

  • Analysis of business requirements

  • Software configuration & test

  • Software release management

  • Supplier management

  • Management of test equipment (ATM, Windows Server)

  • Work in project teams to introduce and maintain software solutions at customers

  • Manage customer communication

  • Tight Collaboration with software engineering unit

  • Identification and implementation of process improvements

  • Management of test laboratory

  • System administration experience (Windows)

  • Application test experiences

  • Good understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices (optional)

  • Experience with customer management in a Professional Service environment (optional)

  • Programming skills (optional)

  • Degree in IT from senior technical college or IT related apprenticeship

  • Excellent German skills

  • Strong English language skills

  • Be a self-starter, able to use his/her own initiative to get things done

  • High reliability and confidence

  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Proven communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
