Job Description:

As User Journey Lead for Financial Services in NCR's Industry Solution Group (ISG), you will be responsible for User Journeys as a strategic capability throughout the Solution and Product Management team supporting Financial Services. You will also be responsible for leading the use of User Journeys with internal and external stakeholders in order to identify and develop new, innovative and profitable solutions for our customers and NCR.

In this role you will be working closely with customers, Solution Managers, Product Managers, Industry Architects, Design teams and Professional Services. Based in NCR’s Global HQ in Atlanta, GA, you will have a global remit and work collaboratively with industry and cross-industry peers across the world.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Ensure User Journeys are a strategic capability to be used across the Industry Solution Group and Product Management teams within Financial Services and in collaboration with other industry and cross-industry teams and NCR’s Consumer Experience teams.
  • Work with NCR teams to create compelling FS User Journeys for internal and external use
  • Mentor and train Solution and Product Managers in the use of User Journeys to enable their use in NCR locations, on-site at customer locations or virtually.
  • Lead the development of User Journeys with Financial Services customers through facilitation of collaborative workshops.
  • Monitor and measure the creation of User Journeys across Financial Services in order to show and ensure volume, velocity and value.

  • Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills

  • Experience of leading collaborative working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver business outcomes

  • Experience of developing business and solution concepts incorporating business, technology, data and user perspectives

  • Experience of start-up methodologies in support of developing business cases

  • Experience of establishing successful capabilities within organizations

  • Experience of working within Solution Management, Product Management and/or Strategy teams

  • A self-starter and continual learner with the ability to turn theory into practice
