Position Summary :

Responsible for operationalizing and executing against NCR's strategy to further extend the company's position and profile in the marketplace via Solution Partners. Capitalizes on industry knowledge and contacts to build broad partner and customer relationships; Manages profitable growth relative to total solution sales, products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assessing market potential and opportunities of Solution Partner and NCR solutions, within our core and new industries

  • Providing the vision, inspiration and leadership necessary to drive commercial success

  • Implementing the strategic goals and objectives of the Company, giving direction and leadership towards the achievement of the organization’s philosophy, mission and strategy.

  • Serve as liaison between NCR and Solution Partners

  • Provide leadership direction to both Solution Partners and NCR stakeholders, to grow profitability

  • Develop, build, maintain and manage current and prospective Solution Partner relationships

  • Formulate and advocate partner strategies, go-to-market plans, offers and cross-industry partner initiatives.

  • Personally manage several strategic Solution Partners.

    · Bachelor’s Degree

    · 12 years of related experience including partner management, sales and strategy

    · Proven track record in successful ISV/Solution Partner management

    · Previous experience managing partners in rapidly changing organizations

    · Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
