POSTION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Are you a pre-sales technical consultant with the agility and the creativity to lead a comprehensive technical solution strategy, while addressing technology issues, assessing customer IT infrastructure and determining the technology needed to insure customer adoption of the proposed solution? We’re seeking a versatile technical and business oriented pre-sales engineer for our small and medium hospitality business with experience developing business opportunities, building customer solution mapping, establishing C-level relationships with the customer’s technical leadership and working closely with the customer-facing teams. The goals of this position are to drive increase in market share, revenue growth and increase in customer satisfaction. Those will be accomplished through providing technical sales support expertise in key opportunities, and enabling and building technical sales competencies in other teams across SMB As a pre-sales system engineer you will partner with sales leadership, planning and prioritizing opportunities for utmost productivity and efficiency. If you have demonstrated experience in proven pre-sales/customer-facing/technical roles with 5 years in the hospitality industry and exceptional customer-focus and bias for action, we want to talk to you. Specific experience with the Aloha portfolio is important. Key Areas of Responsibility include:

· Jointly create, manage and execute account plans side by side with the sales leadership, by taking lead on key technical initiatives, be introduced to key technical stakeholders in accounts, and create a plan according to initiatives and objectives · Maintain and develop existing and new offerings through appropriate and relevant internal liaison, to optimize business growth and customer satisfaction. · Plan and prioritize opportunities for utmost productivity and efficiency · Monitor and report on market and competitor’s activities · Communicate and report back internally on the opportunity status and plan ahead using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. · Attend and present at customer meetings and internal sessions with other company functions, as necessary to perform duties · Influence buyers on product offering new / improved products / innovation within the industry · Focus on upselling while acting as a technical advisor to customers within remit. · Follow and comply with all relevant policy and quality system and administration procedures, processes and practice. · Influence changes through close internal dialogue, ensuring customer’s expectations and service agreements are met. · Influence product development using gathered intelligence to enhance internal practices and processes, achieving genuine sales development.


· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science degrees, desired · 3 years of experience in proven pre-sales/customer-facing/technical roles · 3 years of experience in Hospitality industry · Previous customer-facing experience in either, software, hardware or services domains. All three, desired · Working with large restaurateurs as a service provider, software provider or consulting company. · Excellent oral and written communication skills
