Job Title: *Sales Analyst, Retail Sales *Location: Atlanta, GA Grade:10
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY * Direct support to the Inside Sales Manager for the Retail team in North America * Indirect support of broader North American Retail Sales organization * To provide key operational and analytical support involving the tracking, analysis, modeling, and consolidation of key cross-functional metrics. (Includes process development, automation, and documentation) * KPI dashboarding and advancement of BI tools * Monthly outlook with NAMER finance team * Co-coordinating between various business teams; Sales, Fulfillment teams, Purchasing and Procurement * Assist in tracking assigned budget accounts and flagging variances to plan as needed * Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. * Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses * Manage business planning to ensure all business processes are run efficiently and meeting planning milestones * Support and provide the financial analysis that enables cohesive strategic growth oriented decisions. * Develop extensive knowledge of the Retail business reporting systems. Document for broader Retail use. * Monitor key business metrics and lead investigations when needed * Oversee Funnel analysis to assure adequate revenue pipeline; * Determine financial consequences of alternative methods, plans and strategies; * Determine recommendations to achieve the organization’s financial objectives; * Identify and articulate operational and financial risk * Build strong and efficient working relationships with the various stakeholders.

*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * * Bachelor’s Degree (Economics, Finance, Engineering or related quantitative discipline). * 3- 5 years of financial operations, sales operations and analytical experience * Experience with ERP, Financial Planning tools, Salesforce Lightning, Tableau preferred * Deadline oriented * Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment & prioritize effectively. * Ideal candidate must be self-motivated, directed person, detail oriented and keen to learn. * Intermediate knowledge in VBA. * Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management
