The Project Manager leads and supports services delivery program and potentially the planning, design, development, and/or support of the implementation of a complete business solution, applying new or advanced technologies. Manages projects, resources and meets client expectations. Has total accountability for the Project success and client communications to include reporting. Responsibilities also include cost management, looking at areas of potential savings as well as revenue growth and business development. The Project Manager has the ability to manage or oversee a recovery project. Responsible for mentoring project team members across reporting lines to include working with technical team members.

Manages all aspects of post-sales implementation of project (on-time, within budget, within expectations)

· Develops Project Binder, which includes Customer Contract, Project Plan, Status Report and Action Items Log · Monitors and controls project · Manages the work of NCR resources, subcontractor personnel, and clients · Manages cost/schedule/resource variances · Performs project status reviews

Maintains/expands client relationship

· Ensures client expectations are met/exceeded · Establishes client follow-up/monitor process · Conducts final project team review/critique**


· Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification · Highly skilled with and performing, planning project start-up, risk planning and mitigation, process project delivery development and documentation. · This person must have excellent communication (verbal/written) skills both at the project team level and at the executive client level · 5 years in Information Technology (or equivalent) · 3 to 6 years’ experience in the Networking Solutions Delivery space


· Previous Work Experience: NCR, Telco; Deployment experience · Preferred Bachelor Degree
