Job Description Summary and Responsibilities:

NCR Corporation is, searching for an Omni-Channel Platform Implementation Owner as part of our team delivering solutions to our restaurant customers. This is an opportunity to be a part of something truly differentiating and innovative as NCR executes our transformation to become a platform company. As a subject matter expert, particularly around the multiple Aloha POS-related components that are required to integrate a customer location to the ODSP and subsequently to our third-party partners, this role requires strong working knowledge to install, configure, troubleshoot, and support POS systems in our labs, customer labs, and partner labs. To achieve success around the opportunities that we have and that our customers have, this role will interact with some of the emerging, most innovative companies that are bringing new channels of opportunities to our customers.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related discipline

  • 5 years of related experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Aloha Point-of-Sale, Aloha Configuration Center, and Aloha Take Out.

  • Ability to research issues independently and actively seek higher levels of expertise as needed.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interact with technical resources at customers, partners, and within NCR.

  • Ability to work across organizational teams in a matrix organization to support customer, partner, and NCR goals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
