NCR Commodity Manager in United States

The Commodity Manager will be responsible for managing the supply and logistics tactics associated with NCR Small Business’s hardware products, made up primarily of third party OEM items either resold by, or manufactured/branded for, NCR Small Business.

The successful candidate will have a diverse set of responsibilities. Under minimal direction, the individual will be responsible for the functions below and will play an important role in driving overall operational success, efficiency, and quality for the catalog of hardware products sold in affiliation with the NCR Silver SaaS platforms. Hardware products includes approximately 250 SKU’s combined into multiple individual and bundled offerings. We are looking for the candidate to bring experience and recommendations for improved toolsets for managing SKUs and BOMs


Supplier selection Supplier Quality New supplier setup and onboarding Management of existing suppliers Sales Part# / SKU Management BOM/Bundle Management Supply Planning in conjunction with order fulfillment team Supply/Demand alignment through coordination with order fulfillment team, sales, suppliers, and 3PL partner 3PL readiness/config setup for new product releases E&O – visibility and disposition Other operational assignments as warranted


5 years of commodity management/supplier management experience

Bachelor’s degree

Proficient with supplier selection and contracts

Proven experience with managing 3rd party OEM products and suppliers in tech industry

Proven experience with international suppliers and products

Self-directed, self-starter

Able to work on multiple products and projects simultaneously

Strong business process skills

Strong business acumen and polished presence

Team player
