The Channel Sales Representative is responsible for achieving established NCR Silver SaaS revenue goals via Partners (10-20) located throughout the country. Duties include establishing and executing accounts plans with named Partner accounts focusing on enabling the Partner’s sales steams to generate leads and sell NCR Silver solutions. Managing a Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly forecast of Partner’s business is a strong requirement. Occasional travel to Partner locations will be required, but most success will be achieved by working with the Partner’s sales management and sales team via phone/email/remote presentations. Ability to balance working a long-term account plan, while still dealing with day-to-day Partner challenges, is required.
Key Responsibilities:o Accountable for the relationship management of the Partner Sales Representatives and Partner Sales leaders for the assigned channel accounts and ensuring that all requirements are identified and met. o Responsible for cross-selling solution offerings to the assigned channel account and their internal channels and teams to drive new business or leads to Channel Inside Sales. o Requires strong relationship management, sales skills, sales support, and account management skills in order to ensure a high level of partner satisfaction to maximize revenue and profitability. o Schedules and conducts regular meetings with channel accounts Sales Reps and Sales Leaders to review pricing and procedures, discuss lead flow and deal volume, review performance/value, position new solutions and provide ongoing support and motivation, must of this work done virtually (phone, email, WebEx, etc.). o Promotes channel account confidence in NCR, which will lead to long term business relationships. o Fulfills the role of communicator from the channel account Sales Teams back to NCR and escalates any issues, as necessary. o Identify, document and inform appropriate parties of any account-specific requirements (i.e., training, lead generation, sales, systems access, etc.). o Understands the formal and informal decision making process within each of the accounts. o Recognizes the channel accounts key challenges in their business operations and identify products and solutions to their customer's area of need; Identify possible opportunities for other business unit or division solution offerings. o Tracks the sales process through forecast submissions for assigned accounts o Designs a plan to effectively manage his/her assignment in order to maximize incoming revenue and profits, and to meet the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives. o Identifies NCR's major competitors in the account and assess the competitor's products/services, and compares their strengths and weaknesses relative to NCR's.

Strong sales acumen
Strong presentation & communication skills
3 years of account management experience (Partner/Channel/Alliances sales experience preferred)
Software sales experience (SaaS preferred)
Experience teaming with an Inside Sales Rep (preferred)
