NCR Business Operations Analyst in United States

The Business Operations Analyst will a) become an expert on, and further develop, the processes and tools used to perform hardware funnel forecast for meeting sales demand, and b) own/manage the Small Business instance of QLIK, a web-based BI tool used to track and analyze business performance.
The current toolset includes cloud based tools like QLIK, Salesforce.com and Zuora, as well as internal supply chain and ERP systems.
The successful candidate will have a diverse set of responsibilities. Under minimal direction, the individual will be responsible for the functions below and will play an important role in driving overall operational business process changes to support growth, efficiency, and quality.
Business Operations’ owner for Small Business forecasting / sales funnel - all sales channels (inside, direct, partner) across 4-6 countries o Team with the finance analyst to define, develop, and manage forecast policies, reports and cadence for review/visibility to sales funnel + Manage opportunity forecast data and tracking+ Gather information about qualified opportunities from sales leaders + Input opportunities into Salesforce.com, including: # Rollout timeframes (by month) for each opportunity # Key products and quantities # Opportunity values # Opportunity status + Review / Change on a weekly basis
Provide weekly lead and opportunity management reporting and analyses by sales channel by o Conversion ratios
o Win ratios
o Lead quantities needed to achieve future sales commitments + Achievement against targets o Top large opportunities
o Closed, lost, won
o Weekly sales management presentations
Translate lead / opportunity data to product forecasts by geo o Hardware SKU’s + For purposes of supply chain procurement and fulfillment+ Review with Supply Chain / Fulfillment manager + Provide monthly to suppliers, 3PL; team with them on monthly supply plan
o Core SaaS subscriptions
Provide ownership and management of the QLIK BI tool. o Manage existing configuration of dashboards and reports
o Define requirements for new dashboards and reports
o Proactively provide data analyses, including help standardize operational KPI’s
o Become technically proficient at managing configuration details and data flows
o Work with IT team and external consulting group on delivering new data sets and outputs when complex enough to engage these resources
Other operational assignments as warranted
2-5 years of analyst experience (preferably tech in tech related company)
Proficient with Salesforce.com leads, opportunities, and reporting
BI tools experience (QLIK preferred; Tableau and others would provide a baseline)
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Proven reporting skills (Salesforce.com reporting, Excel)
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Strong business process skills
Strong business acumen and polished presence
Sales support experience
Sales forecasting experience
