POSTION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Provides customer-facing sales support through the Sales Process and contract lifecycle management. • Manage a virtual team that is created for a short time to address problems with current customers • Provides in-depth knowledge of sales support function and project manage similar experts and other disciples to reach solutions • Responsible for serving as the single point of contact for a Customer; Takes leadership role with the customer in defining project scope, expectation setting and issue resolution • Use project management skills in all facets of work • Recognizes requirements and opportunities related to Change Control, follows up and pursues • 10 – 40 % travel in customer facing role/ project oriented assignments • Performs account Data Collection and is capable of analyzing same • Develops list of viable targets based on validation techniques and pre-sale engagement with inside and field sales associates • Train customers on how to use NCR systems, develops documentation and may travel to customer sites to present and demonstrate the toolset • Position has global responsibilities and is required to work across multiple functions including IT, • Operations, Sales Support and Sales; Implements global processes for revenue global recognition policy • Project managing and the on-boarding of customers onto NCR’s systems • Qualified candidates should have experience working with B2B eCommerce websites • Non-technical administration and trouble shooting of the NCR systems is necessary • Position works with sales, sales support, IT and the customer to gather implementation requirements • Position will be required to document business processes and requirements in order to implement the most effective solution for the customer • Supports special handling billing functions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree • 2-5 years of related experience • Experience with MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with Search Engine Optimization, Google Analytics / Google Web Tools and eMarketing • Experience managing small to medium sized projects and/or implementations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working directly with customers and end users
