Summary/Objective
This Technical Analyst position will act as a customer-facing resource with strong communication and analytical skills. This role will be in a Government facility, with high visibility and responsibilities.

Coordinate and balance team objectives supplied by the customer and manager, using discretion and time management skills to ensure delivery dates are met.
Assimilate, Test and Troubleshoot new technologies being deployed in a dynamic workplace. Candidate must be able to adapt to changes in software and requirements while engaging the customer and development teams.
Directs the activities of lower level technical support analysts to contribute to the overall performance of the help desk operation.
Exercises sound professional judgment in analysis of problem to: (1) attempt software solution by phone, or (2) decide proper level of escalation required to solve problem.
Provides technical leadership and training for lower level technical support analysts.
This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and regular hours of work and days are Monday through Friday,7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Some travel is expected for this position.

Qualifications: 1. Preferred experience in the following applications: 1. SQL Server2. Relex Planogramming Software 3. Familiar with NCR’s PowerHQ suite a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience in the IT Support Field (minimum 10 years’ experience).
Must have strong communication skills, and be Team orientated.
Must be local to the Fort Lee, VA area. Work will primarily be on the Customer’s premises.
Must have Security certification.
Must have Secret or higher level of clearance.
