Sales Operations Leader- Financial & Retail Business- APAC
Key Areas of Responsibility: * Partner to execute sales strategy for growth through improvements in operational cadence and productivity for the global Salesforce.
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the sales regions specifically, support better management reporting & information flow related to SF, Tableau, SPIFF’s, and organizational planning/coverage modeling.
Accountable to drive all activities around the business management system (process and tools) to improve sales efficiency.
Lead sales transformation efforts to optimize sales coverage & end to end Sales Process.
Drive operational cadence on funnel management to ensure DQC alignment to business metrics through Salesforce.com CRM tool.
Review sales support delivery model & optimize support & cost model for transactional activity.
Support and provide the financial analysis and tools to provide business insights and recommendations to achieve business goals that enable cohesive strategic growth oriented decisions.
Accountable for regional based sales operations team.

Qualifications and Desired Experience
Relevant education Minimum Degree level business/finance /engineering.
10 of finance/operations experience in sales support with direct people management experience including remote management.
Proven track record in business transformation projects.
Have led BPR (business process re-engineering) projects and organizational re-design.
Strong business-to-business, analytical, financial and strategic thinking skills .
Metrics & results driven with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Proven process mapping, gap analysis, and business problem solving skills.
Proven ability to leverage relationships to obtain information necessary to provide the team with the most current business information.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment & prioritize effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to both senior financial / operational management, sales management, and executive management
Candidate must be self-motivated, directed person, detail oriented with high learning agility
Experience in a global matrix environment.
Note: Australian citizens and PR holders considered.
