NCR Quality Specialist in Pondicherry, India

This position provides excellent experience and career path in Quality Analyst Data Management & Report Generation. This position is a multi-functional role within the Quality Department. It will focus on process quality performance. Coordinate and Implement Global Repair Process, Procedures, and Best Practices to Global Repair Suppliers. This position will also support Supply Line activities and other cross functional teams on Cost Reduction, and CoPQ. This position will be key interface with manufacturing quality, supplier quality, and services teams. Create Part, Product Failure report through NCR Databases to help SDEs to work for Product life cycle. Coordinate with SDEs on Repair supplier Audit and monitor and maintain the supplier score system. Track and Maintain the Repair Supplier Metrics and escalating on abnormalities. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality or equivalent. Minimum 5 Years of related experience in Quality analytical Job, Data Management, Report Generation. Familiar in Manufacturing Process, Engineering changes, Quality systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office products including MS Access & Visual Basic. Written and verbal communications in English. Works well under pressure. Ability to travel. Preferred Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and highly motivated. Highly organized and ability to follow processes and procedures. Effectively manage changes, stress, and ambiguity. Excellent PC application Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, SAP & Internet. Familiar with MRP/ERP or similar Manufacturing Management Software Systems.Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
