Subject Matter Expert -Key Responsibilities:
Understand customers business & needs, help the customers in configuring NCR solutions accordingly.
Provide technical support to the Customer’s environment
Perform investigations/triage in lab in order to reproduce production/QA issues.
Provides technical support at the client's site and local site (QA/DEV environments)
Take part in project daily meetings, build and execute work plan, follow all NCR processes and ways of working.
Be available to provide Quality Assurance when needed and to test/confirm installs to ensure that all of the correct components have been installed.

Qualifications and Experience
Degree in IT or related discipline
Minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in Level 2 production support experience resolving Level 2 incidents and problem tickets supporting POS software application.
Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills
Interbase 7.5, SQL, Windows XP, Windows XP posready, Windows XP embedded, Windows 2000, Windows Server 2000, Windows Server 2003 and Network environments,
Experience in Software support
The ability to interact with customers at all levels
Ability to handle pressure, working efficiently in a challenging and demanding environment.
Willingness to travel
