Our Account Executive is responsible for generating new business sales of cloud solutions within targeted restaurant operators in their territory.This position works with channel partners and leverage this partnership to represent the products of NCR. Partner
*Key Areas of Responsibility include: * * Sell NCR Hospitality solutions via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts * Represents the company to the partner/ Partner and customer in sales-oriented activities. * Generate prospective customers through cold calling and follow up with sales leads * Focuses on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers. * Cultivate and maintain strong Partner Relationships * Develop in-depth knowledge of our products services and industry * Identify and qualify account opportunities * Structure winning solutions for challenging client business problems * Own and manage the entire sales cycle from initial qualification to deal closing * Deliver presentations, proposals, and RFI/RFP responses * Structure mutually beneficial financial relationships * Manage contract process * Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to deliver sold solutions * May act as sole sales representative for assigned territory, industry, accounts, and/or products.
Basic Qualifications: * Degree qualified – Business/Finance/Accounting/Technical (preferred) * 3 years sales experiencewithSelf-starter with outgoing personality, positive attitude, and great interpersonal skills * Technologically Savvy - understands complex software solutions / professional services * 3 years hospitality experience * Strong presentation skills * Ability to develop relationships at senior levels *Preferred Qualifications: * * Retail and Restaurant marketing programs (Gift Card and Loyalty programs a plus) * Management or Operations based Restaurant Experience * Aloha POS knowledge * POS Support * Restaurant fraud detection / transaction auditing * eCommerce and Restaurant Online Ordering
