POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The Incumbent is responsible for the successful configuration of NCR Point of Sale solutions for small to medium sized customers, including hardware and software implementations, while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality.

o This position is responsible for fulfilling customer needs according to a project plan and documented requirements after new systems/solutions are sold. o This person needs to have working knowledge of the operations of restaurants relating to POS systems. o The Incumbent will typically be part of a team led by another team member. o May report to a more experienced member of the Implementation team, the Implementation Manager, or Operations Manager. o May have responsibility for portions of the Project Implementation process. o Successfullycomplete configuration and/or implementation activities assigned by others, with assistance or oversight from other team members, in a moderately complex environment. Complexity is defined by project scope (number of modules and site count for a single project), and level of risk. An example of a moderately complex project is implementation of 1 customer site with Aloha’s core POS product only. o May be assigned to coordinate with the sales team and customers after contract is signed to ensure successful configuration of customer solution. o Works as a member of a team to properly configure solution to meet customer needs. This may include site preparation, equipment staging, software configuration, and actual site conversion and installation of hardware and software. o Responsible for providing install metric data to internal organizations o Responsible for working with internal organizations to resolve issues. o May conduct training at a customer site or via webinar. o May develop documentation related to configuration and/or installations. o Position may be required to coordinate across multi-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Sales Support, Customer Support, and Sales o Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a proactive approach with internal team and customers. o Applies principles, concepts, practices and standards of professional field to projects and assignments o Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards o Researches factual information o Identifies inconsistencies in data or results

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

o Technical Certification or equivalent experience o 0 - 2 Years related experience o Experience with MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint o Excellent communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate and present across multiple business functions o Ability to work effectively without supervision o Ability to travel to customer sites PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: o Experience working directly with customers and end users o Prior experience in restaurant industry o Previous experience in a related technology field o Prior experience with software configuration o Experience with customer support, troubleshooting, analysis and/or resolution
