POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for Inside Sales Cloud Specialist who excels at developing demand generation programs, securing leads and qualifying opportunities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience developing campaigns and nurturing leads with marketing automation in a high volume environment. The role requires a strong knowledge of NCR’s buyer personas and our ability to address a potential customer’s challenges.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute demand generation cloud programs – including integrated campaigns, nurture and drip email approaches, webinars, industry segment marketing activities, etc.
Build account and contact lists and buyer segments profiles for effective campaign targeting
Analyze, measure and report on effectiveness of campaigns and impact on sales cycles
Recommend new ideas and fresh approaches for creatively marketing and positioning NCR connected payment and counterpoint cloud solutions
Gain deep understanding of NCR’s product and cloud solution suites, apply market research and competitive intelligence position solutions and develop campaigns.
Develop campaign positioning, write campaign messaging and copy to differentiate NCR’s solutions and that will resonate with the audience
Lead marketing efforts in support of the launch of new products and releases, both internally and externally. This includes managing campaigns from ‘cradle to grave’ and overseeing all campaign follow-up.
Assist field sales team with opportunity progression and closure
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
1-3 years of sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines (often set by customers) with high-quality work
Ability to identify issues and opportunities, develop solutions and make recommendations using multiple sources of information
