Position Summary The Workforce Analytics Support role will be a key contributor to the People Analytics team, supporting ongoing team activities, including HR program initiatives and the production of workforce analytics. The work is focused on understanding the composition of the current workforce, as well as the development of workforce strategies to support the business plan.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Run weekly audits of headcount data to pro-actively identify errors for correction
  • Run multiple reports on a weekly basis to support Analytics needs
  • Maintain confidential HR data and manage updates/changes, as required
  • Support the team, via delivery of key workforce metrics for both standardized/periodic HR reports and ad hoc requests, including monthly headcount reporting & attrition
  • Ensure the reliability and quality of underlying data and review the accuracy and appropriateness of reports; Investigate and troubleshoot data issues
  • Create and manage project plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery of work; Follow-up with team members to ensure projects stay on track
  • Build strong internal customer relationships with team members to define and understand strategic objectives
  • Provide project support for HR programs and processes disseminated to the businesses, such as forecasting & cost modeling.__
  • Partner with PMO team on project support__

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Business or equivalent degree
  • Ability to interact with HR team regarding their reporting requests and answer questions; Ability to synthesize data into relevant insights for the team
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • High professional standard for customer service, confidentiality and quality of work
  • Well-developed communications skills; strong written and verbal skills; a high-focus on service orientation
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize a varied workload
  • Self-directed, independent thinker
