TITLE: Sales Ops Support Analyst LOCATION: Belgrade, SRB GRADE: 8

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:

The Sales Ops Support Analyst has several primary areas of focus: Processing NCR Cloud/Hosted Software sales orders in Salesforce, reviewing completed contracts, managing NCR customer database, and ensuring accurate billing account details.

The Sales Ops Support Analyst provides sales support through the sales process and contract lifecycle. The person in this position is a member of a larger Sales Operations Team and works in parallel and with Sales, Billing, Compensation, Disputes, Collections, and Account Management. Specific product and service area of focus is NCR Cloud Applications and other hosted solutions. * Includes initial point of creation, review, and/or approval for completed sales orders, following a workflow and ultimately becoming monthly subscriptions. * Creates customers, sites, and billing accounts in NCR CWEB. * Ensures NCR customer and site details flow into Salesforce, Zuora, and other Sales Operations tools/systems. * Sets up invoice auto-draft payment details in ERP. * Updates invoice delivery preferences. * Verifies proper sales contract completion and storage management. * Provides approvals and deliverables within daily/weekly/monthly SLA’s. * Enforces established processes, including SOX requirements. * Responsible for maintaining rollout schedule. * Generate and customize reports. * Serves as the help line for issues related to the use of orders management system or process. * Interfaces with managers and leadership to escalate issues, provide updates, and implement improvements. * Coaches and shares best practices for Salesforce quote management. * Supports the Sales Operations Organization to ensure accurate billing and invoicing for monthly Cloud Applications subscriptions. * Applies a basic knowledge of procedures and concepts of NCR Sales, such as Supply Chain Management and Vendors process and tools. Includes basic knowledge of Customer requirements (NCR Order Processes, NCR ERP System, Order Revenue Recognition policies). * Works with limited guidance on projects, with defined criteria. * Other job related duties, as assigned. * The Sales Ops Support Analyst serves as a point of contact and change agent within internal teams. * Manages service, policy, and process expectations within the larger Sales Operations Team. * Works cross-functionally to improve and streamline policies and procedures. * Maintains documented processes and templates. * Participates in special projects, as assigned. * Other job related duties, as assigned.

Basic Qualifications * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience * Proven project management skills * High level of proficiency in MS Office products * General computer skills and ability to quickly learn proprietary applications and emerging technology * Highly motivated individual with the ability to learn quickly and work with a variety of individuals in both team and self-directed environments * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal * Detail oriented with ability to identify potential issues, recommend and implement resolution plans * Ability to multi-task; high energy; strong sense of ownership; strong sense of urgency; ability to improvise; good problem-solving skills; ability to respond in a crisis; ability to rally a team; proven leadership skills * High degree of organization and attention to detail
