Title: Professional Services Project Coordinator Location: Belgrade, Serbia
_Key Areas of Responsibility_ * Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Professional Services Automation tool * Set up projects in PSA and participate in creation of project budgets * Follow up to ensure Timesheets are processed and approved accurately and on a timely basis * Track project costs, revenues, and target margins; Close projects and engagements when complete * Project Accounting * Manage sub-contractor costs and payments against statement of work; Manage charges to/from other NCR offices * Follow contracts to ensure that all revenues due to PS are received * Initiate customer billings via PSA and ensure billing is done appropriately; Make appropriate accounting entries * Financial/Business Management of PS practice using data analytics and KPIs * Analyze practice profitability drivers, recommend and implement improvement plans * Drive improvements in the operations of the PS business * Provide Professional Services analysis to PS management and report on a core set of financial, operational and people-related metrics for multiple levels of PS practices * Share PS expertise/analysis in the form of operational reviews and audits, as well as process review and audits for compliance * Use EDW PS Universe to create ad-hoc reports
_Basic Requirements_ * 1 year of NCR or related external experience * Relevant University degree required * Professional Services/Project Management knowledge * Changepoint/PSA system knowledge strongly desired * Experience helping internal work groups leverage their systems/processes to drive improvements/efficiencies * Ability to present information in a consistent, organized and accurate manner * Excellent interpersonal/leadership skills interfacing with management and peers * A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with limited management supervision * Fluency in English – written and verbal
