KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Needs to be available for all US Time Zones to coordinate with Customers and Account team. May need to adjust as account responsibilities dictate. * Excellent communication skillset to interface directly with external customers and internal NCR parties. Needs to be comfortable delivering presentations to executive level. * High analytical skillset, must be able to isolate problems and create resolution plans; perform analysis and communicate data driven recommendations on penalty, incident reduction and margin improvement. * In depth knowledge of Excel, Power Point and other Microsoft Office products. Able to run and manipulate queries in SAP Business Objects. * Responsible for ensuring contractual obligations with the customer are met on a service request and systems basis. * Required to maintain working relationships with all client operation and service delivery teams; * Prepares standard and ad-hoc reports to ensure SLA and other metrics are presented accurately. * Ensure customer data integrity for service delivery, billing and customer reporting. * Maintain customer relations, observe customer process change, attend vendor and customer meetings when required. * Assists Division Director, Executive Service Managers and Senior Service Analysts when necessary. * Manage client expectations and service requirements, create adaptive solutions to address specific client needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:· Proficient English Level (both verbal and written) · Minimum of BA/BS, Master’s Degree preferred. · 3 years of Client Service or equivalent experience · Corporate Client Service and/or Consulting experience a plus · Background in Account & Project Management desirable · Must be self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to client & organizational changes · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision · Detail-oriented · Works well under pressure · Excellent time/deadline management skills · Team player – ability to work with colleagues in multiple locations
