Position Summary*

Our NCR self-service, assisted-service and point-of-sale solutions are found in countries across the globe. Our core industries are financial and retail. The extensive NCR solutions portfolio also serves the travel, healthcare, food and hospitality, entertainment and gaming, and government and public sector industries. Recognizing that more consumers favour self-service as part of their everyday lives, NCR has taken the lead in offering the "anywhere, anytime" convenience that today's consumer’s demand.

In this position, you will be responsible for pre-sale activities for our retail team, based in our Bangkok office. You will have a strong software background, be able to form strong relationships with customers and understand our customer’s technical requirements within our retail division.

Responsibilities: * Position is target driven (quota-carrying) with responsibility for working with customers and prospects for NCR hardware, software and services within the Retail Market. * Coordinate all technical sales activities for customers or partners in assigned territory or accounts. * Lead discovery activities to understand customer or partner business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Create, present and document moderately complex technical solutions. * Coordinate and deliver demos, trials, proofs-of-concepts and post-sales diagnostic support to customers. Alternatively, if channel-facing, create the appropriate infrastructure to support partner delivery of demos, trials, and proofs-of-concepts. * Assist with or drive the development of technical account plans and sales proposals for assigned opportunities. Execute on established plans to prevent post-sales issues that can impact time to revenue. * Build and maintain relationships with assigned account team members. When channel-facing, establish peer-level relationship with partner sales engineers. * Serve as an advocate for the customer or partner and maintain a high level of satisfaction. Ensure customers and partners participate in Customer Satisfaction activities. * Actively participate in knowledge transfer sessions for personal development and to help educate customers and partners with the latest technical, industry and product knowledge. * Actively maintain technical knowledge across multiple products and solutions while developing more in-depth expert EEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is NCR’s commitment to diversity.
