Description: • Perform level 2 and 3 support for customer reported problems relating to NCR Retail Hosted Applications. • Record and update merchant problems and resolutions as required in the case management process. • Take ownership for resolving merchant support issues from case logging through escalation or resolution. • Design solutions to problems that may be non-standard/unstructured and may require conceptual/creative thinking. • Performing advanced investigation of technical issues utilizing support tools, application debug logging, software updates, and maintenance on production servers. • Facilitate issue resolution by leveraging internal experts when necessary. • Learn new products and diagnostic tools, sharing knowledge with others. • Create Knowledge Management documents as necessary.

• 0-3 years of technical, customer, or helpdesk support experience troubleshooting application software – experience in grocery (FDMM) industry is a strong plus. • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple trouble tickets and responsibilities. • Ability to research problems with no known solutions with very strong analytical approach to troubleshooting. • Must be able to work independently and exhibit proactive pursuit of solutions. • Strong oral and written communications skills. • Exhibit consistent customer-friendly attitude. • Be a team player Preferred additional qualifications:
• BS degree in related technical field or Windows or Network certifications (MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA, CCNP, etc). • Previous experience with retail point of sale (POS) software. • Experience with network and windows administration is a must, advanced knowledge is a plus. • Experience with Microsoft SQL databases and/or administration. • Familiarity with DOS.
