Implement PS Rate cards by geography, role, industry (Maintain and update current rate cards, as well as additional rate cards as necessary) Maintain and manage PS Bid Review process to control and approve PS Bids (Scope, Price, Risk) Drive Improvements and Collaborate with Sales Finance on PS within Solution deals Review PS proposals for profit, revenue, resource, schedule and risk assessments and provide recommended next steps and lead pre-bid review discussions Analyze PS projects for realized rates and lessons learned for better pricing, identify opportunities and actions for improvement Work other functions across Sales, SW ENG, Finance, Legal, etc. to drive effective PS bids. Create and Share Best Practices around PS pricing methods and contracting; in the form of trainings and interactive learning sessions Educate/ Support PS field in positioning PS to maximize PS profits Create/ Deploy PS Value collateral and training curriculum Assess PS packaged offers for leveraged Value and resale Develop and deploy Competitive analysis & Industry benchmark data and recommendations Monitor Global labor rate changes/ inflation/ economic indicators Stay current with Revenue Recognition policies and advise PS field of impacts/ opportunities Ad hoc/ Process Improvement projects as necessary

8 years of NCR or related external experience. PS practice management/ project delivery experience strongly desired.
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
Senior operational responsibility within the PS industry. Professional Services knowledge required.
Ability to present information in a consistent, organized and accurate manner.
Excellent interpersonal/ leadership skills interfacing with management and peers.
Strong excel skill required, including formulas, V-look-ups / V-lookups and pivot tables
Strong writing and presentations skills including creating presentations and communications
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently with limited management supervision
Awareness of PS Pricing methods, Professional Services processes. Customer facing and negotiating experience
Strong Communication & Business Process skills.
Advanced Project Management skills.
Strong, demonstrated business consulting/ improvement skills.
