· Coordinate the work with Business Partners, Internal Vendors and other stake holders for all the technical issues and its resolution. · Validate Defect Prevention plan and activities for the relevant modules. · Updating technical publications and manuals providing specification limits and tolerances of key parts along with proper testing tools and measuring processes · Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing data and making recommendations. · Develops experiments by leveraging subject matter expertise, failure mode analysis and regression to identify critical to quality factors. · Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, Waterfall development methodology. · Hands on work experience of working in JIRA, Bugzilla and HP Quality Center / HP ALM · Provides training and technical assistance to new entrant / associates if required. · Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills · Excellent communication skills and time management skills.
