The successful candidate will have a diverse set of responsibilities. The individual will be responsible for the essential functions below, having primary responsibilities for a subset of these and assisting the team/peers with others through sales peaks and projects. Over the course of time, the individual will be expected to rotate through all of these areas, thus learning the broad set of fulfillment processes and growing/contributing to the larger team. For example, he/she will initial be focused primarily on order entry and order support processes, then after a period of time and once mastered, shift to invoicing and billing support. This approach provides a great learning and growth path for the candidate to learn all aspects of business operations, while simultaneously building a cohesive team that relies heavily on each other with the ability to cover multiple duties and needs. The role will work with 20 sales personnel and many reselling partners, as well as other teams within the Small Business organization across 3-5 countries.


  • Order processing based on order submissions from sales

  • Customer subscription management

  • Customer invoicing and managing related confidential payment transactions

  • Customer-initiated order and invoice incidents/requests (investigating, responding, resolving)

  • Follow-up on collections and disputes, applying payments

  • Various logistics processes, including shipment tracking, inventory management, coordinating activities with our third party logistics firm

  • Manage hardware returns and exchanges

  • Learn/master tools related to all of the above

  • Drive new ideas and efficiencies into each of the process areas

  • Special projects


  • Bachelors degree

  • 1-2 years of employment experience, preferably in an operations oriented role

  • Proven ability to manage details and be process oriented

  • Self-directed, self-starter

  • Proven ability to manage priorities and manage workload accordingly

  • Able to work on multiple activities / projects simultaneously

  • Experience dealing directly with customers in a professional manner and setting

  • Strong business acumen and polished presence

  • Team player
