  • Position Summary *

    The Inside Sales Associate will cultivate contacts sourced from internal sources, personal research, and inbound marketing campaigns.

    You will engage those contacts through orchestrated touch patterns including phone, email, and social media, must be tenacious, positive, relentless, energetic and an influencer.

    This is an ideal role for a motivated individual looking to launch a lucrative career in Sales.

    • Key Responsibilities: *

    • Perform outbound sales activities such as introductory calls and opportunity validation discussions in a specified territory.

    • Research accounts to understand the need, enable effective follow-up, and generate interest.

    • Pass Sales Qualified Leads to Account Managers, educating them about the opportunity to ensure a warm transfer.

    • Track all sales activities using Salesforce.com.

    • Meet or exceed activity metrics for outbound contacts, appointments set, and Sales Qualified Leads added to the pipeline.

    • Build relationships and effectively communicate with Account Managers to positively influence lead progression.

    • Proactively look for opportunities to engage Marketing to optimize the inbound lead management process and campaign planning.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • 1 years of sales experience with preference in Software

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • A contagiously positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.

    • Strong desire to achieve goals and share what works in a highly collaborate environment.

    • Outgoing personality and the ability to engage prospects easily over the phone, in email, and over social media.

    • Passion to win and be paid for it.

    • Recent college grads welcome in this role - will train

    • Preferred Qualifications: *

    • Experience in selling, marketing and/or customer-orientated role

    • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry
