*Position Summary*

The Ecommerce Marketing Product Owner will manage the overall ecommerce and digital marketing capabilities at NCR. This role will work closely with IT and business leaders across NCR as the ecommerce and digital subject matter expert (SME) to drive the future of digital marketing at NCR.

This position requires knowledge of various web and marketing technologies such as AEM, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target, as well as experience with various elements of digital marketing including web design and architecture, user experience, SEO, SEM, web analytics, and A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to establish and bring to life NCR’s digital roadmap. This includes executing against digital tactics that will deliver near-term business results, as well as identifying and testing digital innovation for continued future growth

  • Shape ecommerce and digital strategy, determine priorities, help secure resources and org alignment, lead execution of those opportunities across all functions, and evangelize results with stakeholders

  • Analyze all aspects of the existing NCR digital experience and implement enhancements that will drive traffic generation, user experience, operational efficiencies, and revenue growth based on customer insights and unmet needs, the competitive landscape, and key industry trends

  • Constantly pursue improvements in NCR’s digital experience to deliver experiences that are personalized, streamlined, and more convenient for customers

  • Keep up to date with evolving online media and technology trends to identify enhancements and initiatives that will drive the customer experience

  • Ensure the seamless integration of content marketing strategy, social media, optimized UX and technological functionality for digital and ecommerce platforms

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Technology, or related field

  • Extensive experience in a customer-driven organization with a customer first mindset

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative atmosphere

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and translate high-level objectives into detailed tasks

  • Ability to weigh business risks and benefits to recommend appropriate initiatives

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to build data-driven insights

  • Strong technical background with experience in software development, online marketing tools, and web/mobile technologies
