Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist owns the delivery of digital marketing projects and is the point-of-contact for all team members involved in the project. This position will have a consultative approach in managing project objectives and needs. The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop a strong relationship with the Marketing team through an understanding of their business and owning the projects they provide. This person will provide excellent service to stakeholders, internal and external resources, and provide process guidance to ensure project success. This person thrives in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of digital marketing projects across multiple internal and external teams.
  • Work with project team to coordinate, plan and track initiatives

  • Act as a communication lead to interact with stakeholders

  • Develop estimates and schedules to ensure timely completion of project

  • Manage day-to-day tasks and maintains in-depth involvement to allow for early identification of project risks and constraints

  • Help define project scope and prioritization of new requests for features or functionality

  • Evaluate business requirements and ensures that project deliverables are high-quality, accurate, and fulfill stated objectives

  • Review feedback and comments and ensures all revisions are implemented correctly

  • Work with the Development and Engineering teams to ensure great customer experiences are being developed across

  • Provide assistance in troubleshooting on related issues

  • Create digital training modules to improve onboarding

  • Evaluate and establish processes per project to ensure project success

  • Continually improve processes and communication methods to ensure project success

  • Maintain process and project documentations in agile apps that support digital processes

  • Provide project status updates to stakeholders

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field

  • Customer-focused with a proactive problem-solving approach

  • Project management experience, working with cross-functional teams in a creative services, marketing, or design agency

  • Deep understanding of creative development process and key creative players

  • Practices the basics of project management (estimation, project planning, resource planning, risk management, change management, communication planning)

  • Experience with websites and digital content/processes

  • Able to deliver under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated analysis/assessment capabilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with agile working models
