Job summary:

The Sales Ops Support Analyst (also referred to as Compensation Analyst) has several primary areas of focus: Sales Team compensation, billing and compensation validations, scorecard metrics, and ad-hoc analysis.

The person in this position is a member of a larger operations team and works in parallel with Sales, Billing, Finance, and other related teams. Specific product and service area of focus NCR Cloud Applications and other hosted solutions.

The Sales Ops Support Analyst serves as an integral point of contact during both the sales quote approval workflow and post-sale monthly revenue compensation. * Calculate compensation for Sales Reps and Management. * Validate compensation for Channel Partners per sale. * Validate monthly billing reports. * Track and maintain scorecard metrics. * Validate contracts as related to calculate compensation. * Complete analysis requests from Finance Team. * Complete analysis requests from Operations Team. * Coaches and shares best practices for compensation management * Supports the Operations Organization to ensure effective processes from customer sale to sales rep payout. * Other job related duties, as assigned. The Sales Ops Support Analyst serves as a point of contact and change agent within internal teams. * Manages service, policy, and process expectations within the larger Sales Operations Team. * Works cross-functionally to improve and streamline policies and procedures. * Maintains documented processes and templates. * Participates in special projects, as assigned. * Other job related duties, as assigned.

Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent work experience required * Advanced MS Excel skills, such as Financial Modeling experience and ability to work with large amounts of data (i.e. Pivot Tables) * High level of proficiency in all other MS Office products * Detail oriented with ability to identify potential issues, recommend and implement resolution plans * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to multi-task; high energy; strong sense of ownership; strong sense of urgency; ability to improvise; good problem-solving skills; ability to respond in a crisis; ability to rally a team; proven leadership skills * High degree of organization and attention to detail * General computer skills and ability to quickly learn proprietary applications and emerging technology * Highly motivated individual with the ability to learn quickly and work with a variety of individuals in both team and self-directed environments Preferred Qualifications: * Salesforce experience EEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is NCR’s commitment to diversity.
