We are seeking a motivated and dynamicAgile Coachto assist in our organization-wide Agile Transformation. This mission critical role will ensure that we build high performing teams who deliver products our users love. Join us in transitioning NCR Payments into a Lean Agile organization.

Primary Responsibilities: * Coach Agile and Scrum values along with best practices at all levels within the organization * Facilitate the Scrum ceremonies such as: Product Increment planning, sprint planning, daily stand ups, grooming, sprint demos, and retrospectives * Remove impediments and properly escalate issues * Measure and improve team productivity from sprint to sprint * Drive cross team collaboration * Participate in and facilitate Scrum of Scrums * Facilitate a good and respectful Scrum environment conditioning and empowering the team to be self-managing * Drive engineering practices such as effective code reviews, continuous integration, and automation efforts (including Unit testing, Automated functional testing and build automation) * Collaborate and partner with the Product Owner to ensure the release and product vision are understood and implemented * Track issues, risks, and dependencies within the release * Manage and report milestones * Track and publish Scrum metrics (e.g. velocity and burn-down)

Required Skills and Experience: * BS in Computer Sciences or related discipline * 5 years of experience with Scrum methodology * 5 years of software experience * Project management experience * Scrum Master Certification * Understanding of product and sprint backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, and work breakdowns * Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills * Strong skills, ability, and interest in working in a collaborative team environment * High maturity of diplomacy and ability to see and rationalize multiple points of view * Excellent people skills, ability to partner with a diverse leadership team * Understands the fundamentals of software development processes and procedures

Preferred Skills and Experience: * SAFe certification or practice experience * Experience in Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) & Gherkin/JBehave Syntax * Understands the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development * Experience with Atlassian’s JIRA & Confluence or similar tools
